King Henry VIII's Six Wives
Henry VIII at top, with an angel throwing a stone at him because he was so wicked. The six flaps are Catherine Parr ("I survived!"), Jane S. (baby = died in childbirth so she lost her crown), Anne of Cleves (no flowers = divorced), Catherine of Aragon (flowers in the trash can = divorced), Catherine Howard (skeleton in coffin = died), and Anne Boleyn (standing on the chopping block looking fretful, with an axe next to her feet and somebody taking her crown away).
